Integrity Auto Care, Inc. started with a dream. A dream about the perfect Auto Repair Facility - a business that values it’s customer relationships and is dedicated to honesty, reliability, safety and peace of mind. A business where the customer feels at home. A place where a man can send his wife, his daughter, or his mother and know that they are being treated with respect.
Our founder, Mike Scott, is a North Carolina native. He believes that success comes from honesty, integrity and hard work. He has over 20 years experience in the automotive industry.
His passion for cars started when he was just a child watching and working along side of his grandfather. He began his career in 1983 when he went to work at a family oriented Automotive Repair Shop in Wilmington, NC. He moved to the Raleigh area in 1989 to pursue opportunities in a local dealership.
In 1994, he was recognized as one of the top Isuzu technicians in the country and was awarded a trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. In the past twelve years, he has been recognized for this honor several times, most recently in 2004. He holds the Isuzu Master Elite Certification as well as the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Master Certification.
He and his wife , Pam, have been married for 25 years. They, along with their two sons, are big hockey fans and are actively involved in local youth hockey programs.
